Although my mom’s time was brief there, My mom absolutely loved her decision to move into Charter Senior Living and would say she wished she had moved sooner. From the moment she walked in the door she felt at home. The staff and the residents made her instantly feel apart of their family/community. Mom looked forward to the daily activities and loved the food!! Everyone at Charter was so caring and compassionate to our family, during what was a difficult time for us. Charter and its wonderful staff took exceptional care of my aunt for three years and I can't say enough good things about the care she received. Even after, when nursing home care was required, the staff kept tabs on her, visited her, and kept in touch with family. The staff is full of good people who are always kind and always helpful. The facilities aren't flashy, but the care is what people need. I recommend without reservation.
